多花脆蘭 (Acampe rigida)，又名蕉蘭，屬附生蘭，可超過50厘米長，葉互生，呈圓錐形。萼片頂端呈圓形或鈍的，花瓣不重生對稱排列，帶有香氣，彎曲帶肉質，顏色為乳白色至淡黃色，帶有紫紅色的帶狀斑，唇瓣乳白色至呈淡淡的淡紫色。多花脆蘭花期為七月至十月。一般生長於樹上或岩石上，於乾燥的開放地區或樹林中都可見。因要面對人為干擾、發展及野生採摘等威脅，多花脆蘭現被列為近危物種。

Banana orchid (Acampe rigida) is an epiphytic orchid, over 50 cm long. Leaves alternate, coriaceous, strap-like. Septal are apices rounded or obtuse, flower with perianth segments symmetrically arranged, non- resupinate and fragrant, feshy, creamy white to pale yellow, darker when ageing, with purplish-red short irregular transverse bands Lip in creamy-white to tinged lavender color. The flowering period of Acampe rigida is from July to October, generally growing in to exposed areas, in partial shade, or under the woodlands. They are facing threats from city development, human disturbance and under the pressure of  wild collection. It is now classified a Near Threatened（NT）species locally.
