高斑葉蘭 (Goodyera procera)屬地生蘭，高15-60cm，莖肉質，直立而且結實，莖部帶有有許多5-10mm節間。葉形呈披針形，莖生，長5.5-12cm。萼片和花瓣圓形凹陷。總狀花序，花擁擠生長，花小，花色為綠白色。高斑葉蘭花期為三月至五月。一般可生長於帶潮濕，河流或溪邊。高斑葉蘭分佈於本地不同的地方，估計數量多於1000株個體。現時為本地其中之一種數量較為豐富蘭花品種。高斑葉蘭過往面對過度採摘的問題，現時數量已回復，暫被列為無危物種。

White poker orchid (Goodyera procera) is terrestrial orchid, 15-60cm tall, stems fleshy, erect, robust with many 5-10mm internodes. Leaves, lanceolate, cauline, 5.5-12cm long. Sepal and petal rounded concave. Raceme inflorescence. Flowers resupinate, subglobose, glabrous, crowded and greenish-white.  Goodyera procera flowering from March to May, generally growing in moist area and by rivers or streams. Goodyera procera are distributed in various locations of Hong Kong, estimated to have over 1000 individuals.  Despite the massive wild-collection in the past, it’s number has been recovered and become one of the most abundant orchid species of Hong Kong. Currently classified as a least concern (LC) species in Hong Kong.
